ACD Session No: 403 : Struggling Readers in a Classroom Concluded on Saturday, May 26 2018

Reading is the basic need of every learner and is considered as the most essential skill among four language skills. Without reading skills students cannot perform well in their writing and other skills. Many students are found in classrooms who face a variety of  issues in their reading. There are many students who even graduate while having reading related problems. A teacher is the only doctor in a Pakistani context who can help learners in improving reading skills; but it is important for a teacher to be aware of reading related issues and their remedial measures to help students become better readers. This session will provide tools to identify reading difficulties in learners and the easy steps to improve it.
